Want to look your best on the big day?
Its the easiest thing to do to lose weight and often the most overlooked.
Drink.
More.
Water.
The best way to get started is to wake up and drink 2 large (16 oz) glasses of water. You'll drink less coffee and spike your metabolism for the beginning of your day.
As a general rule, take your weight, divide by 2 and thats the amount of water in fluid ounces you need/ per day. More if you are working out or you are outside on a hot day.
Say you weigh 150 lbs-
150/2= 75
you need 75 fluid oz of H2O/ day.
Carry a large bottle (32 oz) of water with you. At your desk, in your purse, attached to your backpack....
If you woke up and had two large glasses, you would need to have about one and a half more large bottles (32 oz) of water.
You will find that you are peeing... A LOT. Its normal and I promise, your body and your bladder will get used to the amount of water you are taking in. Soon you will start to crave water and you will be happy to always have it with you.
You could lose up to 10 lbs with this one simple daily habit!

Wedding Withdrawals!
Its December 13th, the 2 month-aversery of my wedding day! I cannot be more excited to be a newlywed, but I am having some post-nuptual withdrawal.
Leo and I met 3 years ago. We met in the gym. Being a mom of two little girls and a personal trainer, working in the gym and hanging out in the playground is all I was doing at the time. Leo asked me out to dinner under the guise that I could help him choose heathy food when he was traveling for work. On our first date laughed more than we ate, and realized we had much more in common than exercise. I somersaulted head-over-heels in love! Two years later he proposed and on October 13th, 2012 we were crazy-happily married!
This Christmas season two of my friends got engaged and I want to keep the crazy-manic-wedding-preparing-spirit alive so I decided to start this blog.
This blog will be all things weddings and fitness because I believe that for many newly-engaged couples the two go hand in hand. I hope this blog helps with fitness tips, healthy food ideas, wedding fashion and new trends! Lets GO!
